grover cleveland alexander

The York Cornerstone Seniors win the no 1 place in the Grover Cleveland Alexander Tournament in St. Paul. They enter with a 14-6 record having won five of their last six, including a 3-0 record and first place finish the tournament

This Grover Cleveland Alexander Tournament was dedicated to the most valuable pitcher on the history Grover Cleveland Old Pete Alexander. He played the major league in baseball last 1950’s. Grover Cleveland Alexander was born in Elba, Nebraska, on February 26, 1887 during the first term of US President Grover Cleveland.

Many baseball players today are hoping to get on the path on the Alexander. He is the one of the legends of the baseball and the same with Ronald Reagan .
